Sea-Intelligence, in October the containerships schedule reliability increased to 52%
For the first time since 2020, the containerships schedule reliability increased over the 50% line, specifically to 52%, Sea-Intelligence said.
The monthly Global Liner Performance (GLP) from Danish consultancy organization Sea-Intelligence said that 52% of the containerships belonging to the main 60 carriers on 34 routings are continuing to increase their schedule reliability. In September, GLP hit 45,5%, while in October it increased to 52%. On 2022 January the schedule reliability hit the lowest point ever with 30,9%.
The average delay in October is 5,56 days (in September it was 5,86 days). The more accurate liners are Maersk, MSC and CMA CGM.
